Custom orders are not available to be purchase directly through the website, & payment must be made in full prior to fulfillment. Payments can be made via Venmo, Cashapp, or PayPal. Custom items are not eligible for return or exchange.

Please make sure to double check any dates, names, initials, etc. when ordering customizations. Once these items are made there is NO way to alter or correct any errors that were sent in by the purchaser/recipient. If there are error on our part, please bring this to our attention immediatly for a corrected replacement.
